Overview
Infolegal.net is a legal service provider agency based in California that operates
in the employment, immigration issue and human rights field. They are motivated
by inefficiencies found in current legal practices and opportunities to resolve
them though providing excellent and affordable services.
It consists of a team of women empowered lawyers with having more than 25 years
of experience in immigration law. There main motto is keeping families together!
The problem
After taking a look at the website itself, I determined that Infolegal.net Concept’s
interface contained a myriad of issues:
1. The homepage does not educate the user about infolegal.net, their process
and services they offer on the website.
2. The information given is alot and so its confusing for user to understand it.
3. The services are not properly cateorised.
4. Need design guidelines for design system to collaborate between developers
and designers
Refresh with reason
Users generally don’t give in much thought before reading or looking at new
things. They skim through the screen, just to get an idea of “What is going on
here” or “Is this the thing I’m looking for” or “Does this place satisfy my goal”.
The aim is to grab and retain the user's attention while they skim through the
page with all these questions in their mind and make sure they learn about
the product seamlessly.
Sometimes I wonder if I’m a designer or a psychology student, but it doesn’t
matter as it’s just another hat a designer has to wear. Enough about my thoughts,
